About Langtang Valley Trek

The short with comfortable trekking route Langtang Valley introduces the Buddhist culture of the Tamangs and the Sherpas as well as massive glacier valley, trek leads an altitude of 4,000 meters to explore golden sunrise and spectacular views Dorje Lakpa (6,990m), Langtang Ri (6,370m) and Langtang Lirung (7,245m).

This Trekking trail is one of the most popular trekking trails in Nepal as well as the closest trekking region from Kathmandu. Trekking in Langtang will take to a narrow valley located between the main Himalayan range to the north and bordering Tibet along with a lower range of snow-capped peaks to the south. During the Trek, get to witness typical traditional villages, numerous snow-capped peaks, and glaciers.

The whole Langtang region is highly influenced by Tibetan Buddhism and the Tibetan lifestyle because one, the region is touched by the Tibetan border, and second, the locals are believed to be descendants of the Tibetans. As a matter of fact, the Langtang region holds Langtang National Park, which is Nepal’s first Himalayan national park announced in 1971.

It's most famous for more than 1000 plants and numerous other mammals with birds of 150 species. Langtang national park is spread over an area of 1710 sq. km. Its nature is peaceful and traditional settlements. The route that provides beautiful views of the Himalayans is Ganesh Himal (7,600m), Langtang Lirung (7,200m), and Langtang-II (7,227m).

The trek offers to explore a snow-capped Himalayan view of Ganchhenpo (6388m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m), Laure Binayak pass (4,609m), Tserko Ri (5033m), and Kyanjin RI. Langtang Valley is also called "Glacier valley". Trek difficulty can be marked easy in terms of technical climbing but does demand strong determination to go on this trek, and you have to walk around 5-7 hours per day.

This wonderful part offers an exceptional diversity of scenery and culture to its guests. The trail will also include many gompas, Chortens, mani walls, and prayer flags along the way making it more divine.

And, the best part is anyone with normal health and fitness can go on this trek, no prior trekking experience is needed at all. We are glad to offer you our professionally designed itinerary. How difficult is this Trek?

This Trek Difficulty is Moderate/easy than other high regions treks of the Himalayans. It's not that difficult level for adventure trekkers, there are no confusing trails or tough terrains but you have to be fitness-healthy, and strong mind with physical training. Before reaching Kyanjin Gompa you have to walk 5 to 6 hours per day through the wonderful natural, short rocky trail, fresh environment, and some stone steps.

In fact, the magical viewpoint Tserko Ri (5,000m) is the major high point of this trek, which takes a 3 to 5 hours ascent trail from  Kyanjin Gompa. Langtang Valley trek is not technical at all of the routes as well as doesn't demands any mountaineering skills or rock climbing techniques to reach the destination. Just not Langtang Valley you may also like to travel to Gosaikunda, so then check this Langtang Gosaikunda Trek package.

Community of This Valley

Since many individuals in the Valley lost family members in the seismic tremor and the travel industry has since dropped, individuals here are on the whole inviting. They are thankful on the off chance that you venture into their guesthouses and will treat you with the renowned Nepali consideration, which has been lost in more touristy spots.

An exquisite woman I met may be the justification for why Kyanjin Gompa is my cherished town: she got me into her home like I was her youngster. For two days it was only me in her truly quite agreeable tea house. I had a room with direct perspectives on the mountains, and I ate what she and her daughter were eating. I would have rather not taken off from her home, and I will unquestionably return.

Langtang Valley Wildlife

Here you can see numerous creatures. I considered a ton of monkeys to be well as wild deer, dzo, enormous birds of prey, and beautiful reptiles. I didn't see such a lot of natural life on any of the different journeys I did in Nepal. It's said that you can likewise recognize red pandas in the Langtang Valley, yet I wasn't really fortunate.
