Our Manaslu Annapurna circuit trek programs begin from Kathmandu city and drive to the western part of the Gorkha district. Likewise, you walk through the gorge valley and lush forests passing the beautiful villages of Jagat, Deng, Namrung, and Samagaun. After exploring the Manaslu Base Camp you climb to Larkya La and descend to the Annapurna circuit trek route. Then trek heads towards the remote valleys of Pisang and Manang enjoying the exciting culture and traditions of the local community. Walking through the route you will see the amazing landscapes, massive glacier zone, and panorama mountains. After passing the world's highest trekking pass Thorong La you descend to a very famous pilgrimage site in Nepal, Muktinath Temple, then the trek continues to Jomsom and takes a scenic mountain flight to Pokhara and Kathmandu.

Manaslu with Annapurna circuit trek Itinerary
Day 01:Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel 1,300m
As you arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will get greeted by the representative of Himalayan Frozen Adventure. He/she will take you to the hotel that we have already booked for you in the advance. You get informed about the evening plan with some spare time to relax.
To welcome you, the company has organized a traditional welcome dinner along with a cultural dance. You will meet with other team members over dinner and end the day with lots of laughter.
Day 02:Sightseeing around world heritage sites of Kathmandu
We have designed a short yet wonderful guided tour during which you visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Stupa, Swayambhunath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. The tour presents deep insights into the history and diverse culture of Nepalis. After the tour, you prepare for the trip. You and your guide will check all the gear and documents and do the final packing.
Day 03:Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola 730m - 8 hrs
Today your drive begins toward Soti Khola, leaving Kathmandu valley behind, you'll drive along the Prithivi highway and cross through the beautiful landscapes, hilltops, green forest, and Trishuli river to reach Dhading Besi, then goes to Arughat bypassing rivers, villages, Budhi Gandaki River and enjoy seeing amazing mountain views of Mount Manaslu and Ganesh Himal range. From Arughat, you take a short drive through a suspension bridge and largest settlement, then you arrive Soti Khola, where you stay overnight at a trekking lodge.
Day 04:Trek from Soti Khola to Maccha-Khola 930m - 5 hrs
You begin the day with a warm delicious breakfast and begin trekking through sal forests that ascends to a ridge. Following a rugged path, you pass by two beautiful waterfalls and descend through rice terraced fields. You trek through fine Gurung villages and reach Labubesi. Further, the trail ascends and then descends to a sandy river bed. From here, you walk on a rocky path and reach Machha Khola.
Day 05:Trek from Maccha-Khola to Jagat 1,350m - 6 hrs
Walking on a narrow trail, you ascend and descend a few times before crossing Tharo Khola. Passing by Khorla Besi, you reach Tatopani. From here, the trail climbs to a ridge and crosses the Budhi Gandaki river on a suspension bridge. Further, you gradually ascend and cross another suspension bridge over Yaru Khola and move towards Tharo Bharyang. You will cross the west bank of Budhi Gandaki and ascend to reach Jagat.
Day 06:Trek from Jagat to Deng 1,775m - 6/7 hrs
After having breakfast, you ascend and reach Salleri. The trail then descends to Sirdibas and continues to Ghatta Khola. Crossing a long suspension bridge in Philim, your trek by millet fields to reach Ekle Bhatti. From here, the trail steeply ascends and then descends to a grassy slope. You cross Budhi Gandaki and walk along the bank. Further, you cross the east bank of the river and walk through lush forests of Bamboo that lead to Deng Khola and ultimately to Deng village.
Day 07:Trek from Deng to Ghap 2,156m - 7 hrs
After having breakfast, and crossing the Budhi Gandaki river, you ascend and join the trail from Bhi. The trailhead is west and passes through a dense forest. Further, you pass by Ghap and Prok villages. You will cross the Budhi Gandaki river several times and pass by a narrow gorge. From here, trekking through a lush forest, you ascend on steep that take you to Ghap, where we'll spend the night.
Day 08:Trek from Ghap to Lho 3,150m - 6 hrs
Leaving Ghap village, the trek crosses the River of Budhi Gandaki and climbs up to join the trail of Bhi, then you pass small settlements of the local community with dense forest and ascent to a peaceful valley. As well as pass Buddhist and Hindu mani stones, then enters the Tibetan zone. After passing a narrow gorge and colorful forest, then you'll climb to reach Lho, where you stay overnight at the local lodge.
Day 09:Trek from Lho to Sama Gaun 3,500m - 5 hrs
Leaving Lho behind, you trek along a stream. The trail then passes through dense forests of fir and ascends to Shyala. Mountains like Himal Chuli, Ngadi Chuli, Ganesh Himal, and glaciers decorate the trail. The trail will take you to Sama Gaon, a fine village inhabited by Tibetans.
Day 10:Rest day at Sama Gompa
Today most exciting and acclimatization day at Sama Gaon. After having an early morning breakfast, you take about 3 hours to reach the incredible Manaslu base camp, where can see the amazing Mount Manaslu with many surrounding peaks and glaciers. After exploring the Manaslu base camp Sama Gaon and exploring the Birendra Tal and Pungyen Gompa. This day is perfect to make your body fit for altitude. Overnight stay at same trekking lodge.
Day 11:Trek from Sama Gaun to Samdu 3,780m - 5 hrs
After having breakfast, the trail descends to Budho Gandaki river and crosses a bridge over a side stream in the north. You will pass by numerous mani walls on the way. Trekking through lush forests of birch and juniper, you reach Kermo Kharka. From here, you descend and cross a wooden bridge. Further, the trail ascends to Samdo via Kani.
Day 12:Trek from Samdu to Dharma Sala/Larkey Fedi 4,450m - 4 hrs
You continue descending and cross a wooden bridge over the Budi Gandaki river. Further, you will cross two-stream and ascend towards Salka Khola. The trail offers stunning views of Larkya Glacier. You will reach Dharamsala, which is the base of Larkya La Pass.
Day 13:Cross Larkey La pass (5160m) and trek to Bhimtang 3,720m - 8 hrs
This is the main destination of this trek. After having an early morning breakfast, the trail leads us through the rocky steep, and snow-covered hills, then finally you touch Larkya La Pass, which offers fantastic mountains peaks of Himlung Himal 7126m, Cheo Himal 6820, Gyagi Kung, Kang Kuru 6981m, and Annapurna II 7937m as well as huge Larkya La glacier with icefalls valleys. After enjoying an incredible moment at Larkya La, then the trek descends through the rocky zone and moraines to reach Bhimtang, where you spend overnight.
Day 14:Trek from Bhimtang to Kharche 2,700m - 4 hrs
The trail offers fantastic views of numerous Himalayan mountains and descends. Crossing a high pasture and then a bridge over Dudh Khola, walk through lush forests of rhododendron. From here, you walk through a narrow valley and pass terraced fields. Further, a steep ascent takes you to Gho village and then to Kharche. Where you stay Overnight night.
Day 15:Trek from Kharche to Dharapani village 1,943m - 5 hrs
After having breakfast, trekking goes through the small villages, narrow of two hills, rhododendron with oaks forests, and enter the Annapurna Circuit Trek route. Leaving the Dudh Khola and scrub forests, you reach Dharapani.
Day 16:Trek from Dharapani to Chame 2,715m - 5/6 hrs
Today, you will trek on a rugged path and ascend to Tyanja (2,360 m). Further, trekking through dense forest, you will reach Kopar (2,950 m). From here onwards, you will trek through the conifer forest and reach Chame. Upon reaching Chame, you will get to see amazing views of Annapurna II.
Day 17:Trek from Chame to Pisang 3,158m - 4/5 hrs
The trail ascends and descends crossing many rivers and scattered settlement areas. You ascend on a steep and narrow valley path enjoying Panungda Danda rock face, a huge 1,500 meters of rock rising from a river. From here, you trek observing views of Annapurna II, Annapurna South, and Pisang Peak to reach Pisang village.
Day 18:Trek from Pisang to Manang 3,350m - 4/5 hrs
You begin trekking following the Upper Pisang route. The trail ascends and leads you to Geru. During trekking, you get to see stunning views of Mt. Annapurna, Pisang Peak, and other surrounding mountains. The trail will soon get dry and cold as you will be approaching Manang.
Day 19:Rest day at Manang-Exploring the Gangapurna glacier viewpoint
Today is our first and most exciting acclimatization day at Manang. After having breakfast, you hike to the base camp of Gangapurna Lake, where you feel enjoy seeing Annapurna III, Tilicho, Pisang, and Chulu Peaks. Likewise, you explore the Manang village-like; like Monasteries, Himalayan Rescue Association, coffee shops, etc. You have a great opportunity to hike the ice lake. We. Himalayan Frozen Adventure designed Acclimatization day at Manang for altitude fitness and a side tour. Overnight stay at same trekking lodge.
Day 20:Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka 4,130m - 4 hrs
After leaving the Manang, you will begin trekking and reach Ghunsang village from where you will get to see beautiful scenery and snow-capped mountain views. Further, crossing a river, you will reach Yak Kharka which will welcome you with a superb view of Annapurna III, Mt. Gangapurna, and Chulu Peaks. Finally, after 4 hours of walking, you will reach Yak Kharka, where you can spend your today night.
Day 21:Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorang High Camp 4,600m - 3/4 hrs
From Yak Kharka, you ascend and cross a suspension bridge to reach Ledar. Further, the trail moves up through cliffs and reaches Thorang Phedi. On the way, you get to see excellent views of Thorong Peak, Mt. Syagang, Mt. Khatungkan, and Mt. Gundang.
Day 22:Cross Thorong La pass (5,416m) and trek to Muktinath 3,800m - 7/8 hrs
You will begin the day early. From Thorong Phedi, you will ascend on a steep path to reach the top of the Thorong La Pass. From the top of the pass, you will get to see breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The trail then descends to one of the holiest temples of Hindus, Muktinath.
Day 23:Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom 2,800m - 6 hrs
Visiting Muktinath temple in the morning, you descend and pass by Kali Gandaki gorge. The trail offers superb views of Mt. Dhaulagiri. Further, the trail moves through lovely meadows, crossing streams to take you to Kagbeni. You take a small break at Kagbeni for lunch and head to Jomsom.
Day 24:Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara 860m - 40 mins
Today, you will take a morning flight back to Pokhara after having breakfast. The flight offers breathtaking views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massifs. Upon landing at the airport, you head to the hotel. You can enjoy exploring the rest of the day.
Day 25:Drive or fly back to Kathmandu
After a delicious breakfast, you drive back to Kathmandu. The drive will be long and scenic. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you head to the hotel. Rest of the day of leisure for you to explore and do shopping. In the evening, you will have a farewell dinner with all the team members.
Day 26:Final Departure
You will pack up your belongings and check out of the hotel. One of our team members will drop you at the airport for your flight back home.
Manaslu with Annapurna Circuit Trek Accommodation
Manaslu with Annapurna Circuit Trek accommodations is Lodge and Teahouse. Around Kathmandu and Pokhara, we can find a good facility with comfortable accommodation at the Hotel. The Manaslu with Annapurna Circuit Trek all accommodations are on a twin-shared basis. During the trek, Himalayan frozen Adventure will manage rooms with attached washrooms. In the teahouse, we have to share the toilet. A single room is available in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and the lower elevation trekking region but might be impossible to higher elevations.

Kathmandu and Pokhara have included only breakfast. During the Manaslu with Annapurna Circuit Trek, all meals will be provided. In the Annapurna region, we can enjoy Nepalese food with international cuisine like Tibetan, Continental, Indian, Tibetan, Italian, etc. Throughout the trek, we have breakfast/lunch at the teahouse and Dinner will be at the lodge. You can choices different kinds of breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the menu.

During the trek, you will be the best training and experienced guide, who came from the high region of Himalayan. Our guide will carry all necessary paper and essential equipment with a first aid kit. In case, if our clients come to some emergency problems of mountain sickness and accident then we immediately send a rescue helicopter. Any region of the Himalayan treks will demand good health and fitness, so make healthy your body before joining the trip.
