What is the cost of attending EBC Trek?

The journey lasts, on average, 10 to 14 days. The cost of the EBC trek, which includes domestic flights, trekking permits, full board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), a professional trekking guide and porter, accommodations, and a certificate of completion of the journey, is typically between $1200 and $1600. For Himalayan Frozen Adventure, large savings are gained if you travel in groups and on predetermined dates.

The price of your EBC climb will mostly depend on whether you're traveling alone or with a group. Sharing trek leaders and porters can make group travel more affordable, whereas private treks can be customized to your needs.

Is Everest Base Camp quite cold?

While the first few days of the trek in the low Himalayan forest are comfortable and only slightly cool, the second part of the journey brings you straight into the alpine plateau's cooler and frequently frigid elevations. The average temperature of Base Camp can range from 1 to -15 degrees. The morning hike may also be a slog in freezing winds, so you'll want to be as comfortable as possible. Be prepared with base layers, mid-layers, and a down jacket.

How are the Internet, electricity, and mobile network facilities?

The Everest trip is a well-known and well-liked adventure worldwide. In comparison to other trekking areas in Nepal, the availability of internet, electricity, and mobile networks is therefore quite good. On this journey, there are several ways to use the internet. You have two options: either purchase a local SIM card or pay an additional fee to utilize the teahouse's wifi. Additionally, you can purchase an Everest Link card to aid in your internet access. The network connections, however, might not be dependable or quick. Furthermore, the network and internet connection will become weaker as you start ascending to greater altitudes. Electricity is available up until Pangboche; however, solar power is used from that point on. There is also a fee associated with this service.
